A coach is someone whose specific job it is to make you perform to the very best of your ability. A coach can’t take your place on the field but he certainly can teach you what you need to do when you’re out there. A great coach has strength, administered with a gentle touch when necessary, toughness when necessary, and the common sense and sensitivity to know the difference.
